A dead body in a bag lies on the floor of Saint Francis clinic, in Wharf Jeremie district. It will remain there two days, because the government didn't allow dead body transportation. MSF supports the clinic facing cholera emergency. Wharf Jeremie is one of the poorest districts of Port au Prince, a shantytown where about 150.000 people live in miserable conditions and where gangs, drug and arms dealers are free to icrease their business.
