Messina, Italy. 1908 - 2008, One hundred years after the earthquake. Man inside his shack in Annunziata district, shows the expensive electricity bill they always receive. He lives in this shack with his wife and three sons. People in Annunziata district live in ruined shacks. They have no sanitation and when it rains the streets become rivers. They live among rats, beetles and any sort of insect.
